Iannis Aliferis

Screenwriter

Iannis Aliferis is an award-winning screenwriter. His dramedy script Mary and Dionysus was a Semi-Finalist at the Shore Scripts Feature Screenplay Competition 2018. Before that, his short script Flesh won a Bronze Award at the Spotlight Horror Film Awards 2017, and his short film Headz won a Gold Lion Award at the 2016 London Film Awards.

He has also written comic books for publishers Night Warrior & Crazy Monkey Ink, as well as scribbling a collection of pulp noir & horror stories for his anthology Phobos: Tales of Horror & Motel Medusa. Finally, he has also contributed material to the blog page The Grind: How to make it as a Writer, for The House of Writers.
